In an effort to teach local immigrants their rights and responsibilities, VIDAS gives presentations at a number of venues in the area, including community agencies, churches, schools, women’s shelters, and community events. VIDAS has also had informational booths at local fairs and events.  If you would like VIDAS staff to speak or participate at one of your events, please contact us.

Please come to a march and rally in Santa Rosa to commemorate International Workers’ Day. The focus of the event will be on Solidarity and Human Rights including permanent status for immigrants, a living wage, and needs of the homeless. The march will leave from Roseland Village to courthouse square and back to Roseland for a rally and music.
