Undocumented, Under-documented, and DACA Non-Citizens
Consultations and application services for DACA Renewals, Naturalization, and Family Petitions are provided for free. Application services include filing fee waivers for government fees if you are determined to meet the eligibility criteria. Services are provided by the nonprofit legal organization Vital Immigrant Defense Advocacy and Services (VIDAS) through the Community College Immigration Legal Services Project, made possible by the partnership of the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office (CCCCO), the California Department of Social Services (CDSS), and the Foundation for California Community Colleges (Foundation).
